From duty-free retailing to a multi-sector group
Ser Group's foundations were laid in Istanbul in 1978. Between 1992 and 2008, the group ran continuous duty-free retail operations at eight of Türkiye's international border crossings, sustaining an annual turnover above US$20 million for a full decade.
That legacy built the foundation of today's strong portfolio of tangible assets — spanning textiles, renewable energy, tourism, and real estate.
