Privacy Notice
Below we set out what personal data we process, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it.

What We Process, and Why
Enquiries
The name, e-mail address, telephone number and message content you send us by e-mail are processed solely in order to consider your enquiry and reply to you.
Job applications
When you send a CV by e-mail, the identity, contact, education and work-history details it contains are processed in order to assess your suitability for open positions. Any further information you choose to include in your CV reaches us in the same way.
Technical data
This site sets no cookies and runs no visitor tracking, advertising or analytics software. Your IP address is passed to a third-party provider in only two situations:
- Typefaces: the typeface used across the site is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers.
- Map: the Google Maps panel on the contact page loads only once you scroll to it, at which point your browser connects to Google’s servers.
Your language choice is held only in your browser’s session storage. It is never sent to our servers and is discarded when you close the tab.
Transfers Abroad
In the two technical situations above, establishing the connection means your IP address and browser details are transferred to Google LLC, which is based outside Türkiye. Your personal data is not otherwise transferred abroad.
Legal Basis and Collection Method
Personal data is collected by means that are not wholly automated: the content you send us by e-mail, and the technical connection records generated while you visit the site. Processing rests on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — legitimate interest for enquiries and technical data, and direct relevance to the formation of a contract for job applications.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for a reasonable period after your enquiry has been resolved. Job applications are held in the assessment pool for no more than one year from the date of application and are deleted at the end of that period. You may ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction; to request that any such correction or erasure be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to a result reached against you solely through automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer loss through unlawful processing.
