Four core industries, from manufacturing to services
We are building on nearly half a century of manufacturing expertise in textiles with investments in renewable energy, tourism, and real estate & car park management.
Textiles
Our textile journey began in Eyüp in 1996 with raschel fabric production. Today it continues with two factories specialising in synthetic knitted fabrics, our production facility in Çorlu, and our showroom in Osmanbey. Serhas Tekstil holds a pioneering position in its sector with an integrated structure combining knitting, dyeing, and printing under one roof.
Renewable Energy
Since 2024 we have established two solar power plants to supply electricity to our group operations and to industrial companies across Türkiye. With our supply licence from EPDK (EMRA — the Energy Market Regulatory Authority), we are preparing for wholesale and retail electricity trading.

Tourism
We entered the tourism sector in 2021 with Cher Hotel & Spa, a five-star hotel in Beyoğlu: 136 rooms and suites, a spa, an indoor pool, a fitness centre, meeting facilities and the Mon Cher restaurant, all within walking distance of İstiklal Avenue and the city's convention centres. Cher Suites, a three-star, 49-room hotel in Eyüp-Alibeyköy, opened in April 2026. Completing the portfolio, MonCher Tour — our licensed Group A travel agency, based in the Istanbul Airport terminal building — provides transfers between the airports and the city, along with accommodation services.
Real Estate & Car Parks
We operate car parks and leasing businesses in some of Istanbul's most valuable locations; these cash-generating assets provide a strong foundation for the group's investments.
Beauty and Personal Care
Retail is the discipline this group was built on. In 2025 we identified beauty and personal care products — K-Beauty in particular — as our next strategic market.
